This week’s Media 7 looked at body image in the media. The full show can be viewed here and included a panel comprised of Tracey Barnett (NZ Herald), Jo Cotton and Christina Wickstead (Next Magazine). Good fun and largely devoid of doom and gloom about media-led pressure to look fab and some great tracks from Sarah Daniell and The Pounder.

Above is my contribution to the show. Pictures by Marcus Clayton and assemblage by Sacha Childers.

This week’s show looked at kids TV. I provided a wee track on how people reckon TV affects the little moppets and Geoff Lealand gave me my first real scare, I thoguht he was going to Fisk me!  Also of interest is Simon’s segment about Jason Gunn’s children’s tv empire and Jonathan King who is directing the movie adaptation of Under The Mountain. Jonathan will also, incidentaly, be on my Sunday morning show on bFM at around 10:30am.

A solid Media 7 this week involving a look at Crafar Farms coverage in the news, the year of the conspiracy theorist involving my old muckers Mikey Havoc and Matthew Dentith and I have my asumptions about fine dining challanged somewhat.
