I’m loving Zack Handlen’s episode by episode analysis of ST:TNG. Sharp, snappy and on-the-money similes: “Frakes is too familiar to be really rakish; he’s like an uncle who occasionally sells you pot.”  It’s rare to find a writer who can make something familiar seem new.
